In Every Little Girl... There is a Princess (Oak Harbor Washington Photographer)

I had the pleasure of meeting the prettiest princess a few weeks back. She was not feeling the session, but when I sat in the background and let her parents play with her, we hit gold! She is an absolute treasure and I had so much fun photographing this little Princess be herself. I'll stop babbling and let you take a look for yourself :)

Seriously, Look at those eyes!

So sweet!

Oh Yeah, She's a princess :)

And, she has a sweet little brother or sister on the way, I am so excited for her! Happy Third Birthday sweet Princess H!

The family is one of nature's masterpieces. -- George Santayana (Oak Harbor Washington Photographer)

I had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful Elrod Family a few weeks ago. What a wonderful, loving family. I do have to say their house was to die for as well, the view was amazing! I love photographing love, and that is exactly what I photographed that day. Not only the love that mom and dad have for this beautiful baby girl, but Grandma and Grandpa too! I also got to see this baby girl roll over for the first time! On a tree trunk, haha. I love it!

Would you believe me if I told you the sweet puppy on the top step ran away during the shoot? It was a fun eventful shoot! haha

I had the opportunity to use different lighting on this photoshoot. These pictures have a bit more of the dramatic mood lighting, and have more of a lifestyle feel. A little different for JDP, but I LOVE the results!

A boy's story is the best that is ever told. -Charles Dickens

Words cannot express how much I love my sweet little boy. He is ALL boy, snakes and snails and puppy dog tails. He has the most amazing personality and his smile is infectious. I think this shoot caught his silly, fun, wonderful personality perfectly!

And... Not only is my son an amazing Model, He is also a pretty fabulous assistant! Look at him go!

When you look at your life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses.-- Joyce Brothers (Oak Harbor, WA Family Photographer)

I met Megan back in 2008. Since I met her, she has found the love of her life, got married and had a beautiful baby boy. You can just see the love this family has for each other in these pictures. It has been a blessing to know ya'll, Good luck on your new chapter in life! I know ya'll are going to do amazing things :)

I love sneaking in pictures during playtime, this is when the magic happens :)

Thank you for trusting me with such important pictures. Ya'll will always have a special place in my heart.

6 Month Old Cutie! (Oak Harbor Washington Photographer)

I absolutley LOVE this family, This is the third time I have had the pleasure of photographing this amazing little boy. I can't believe he is already so big! I am literaly able to watch this little boy grow from behind my lens! Being a photographer is such an amazing job! Lets start off with a little newborn and 6 month comparison!!!!!

He is so handsome!!!

This next one is my favorite!

I just can't get over how stinkin' cute he is!!!!!! Thank you Beeman family for giving me the absolute pleasure of photographing this little sunshine!

Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle, rather a beautiful reminder of just how strong true love can be. ~Author Unknown (Oak Harbor Washington Military Homecomings)

I had the pleasure of spending this amazing day with a wonderful family. I have been through many homecomings with my husband, every one is very emotional. I was not prepared to be so emotional at this homecoming. I was nervous, had goosebumps and tears in my eyes just like my husbands homecomings. Military families have this amazing bond, I had just met this fabulous family an hour before the homecoming, and I felt like I have known them for years. I knew how they were feeling, I felt the same emotions they were feeling because I have been in the same situation many times. This photo made me cry tears of joy when I came across it. How beautiful is this!

The fly in was amazing! The families were cheering! It was so special.

No one can explain what a homecoming feels like, but I think this picture explains it :)

They are such a strong, loving family

The look on her face just makes me smile. Daddy's home!!!

Just Beautiful...

And this just gives me chills, To see your husband/wife for the first time in so many months :)

Ahh, He's home!

I am emotional again just looking through these pictures.  Holly looked at me and said, This has been such a great day, and that pretty much explains it :) Welcome home! Thank you for all you do, I know thank you just isn't enough.
